So who am I??
Hi! I’m Cayla, I’m a Holistic Brand & Energy Coach who has over 13 years of graphic design and art direction experience in New York City. I have taken my professional design experience and combined it with my love of coaching and supporting others and created Bare Necessities. As a Brand Coach I flippin’ love helping my clients to create confidence through cohesive and consistent branding and intuitive coaching. I absolutely LOVE encouraging others to shine bright as their awesome selves. I created Bare Necessities to support the newbie coaches and healers who were like me, who even with all my years of design experience, stayed stuck in overwhelm for far too long. “I already have templates, will this help me?”
Yes! Even if you’ve got some go to templates, Bare Necessities will provide you with 5 more social templates and I dig into HOW I customized canva templates to fit each Brand Archetype which can support you in doing the same. It also provides you with a plug and play website template too!
“I already have a website, do I need this?”
That is up to you! If you’re pleased as punch with your socials and website and feel there is cohesion and consistency between the two then it sounds like the templates may not be needed however there are also some pretty great meditations that will help you to continue anchoring into your brand, create your brand guidelines, and actually hit publish on those IG posts you’ve been holding onto in your drafts folder.
